Global Placement Firm, on behalf of a Magnet-recognized Houston healthcare system, seeks an Administrative Director of Emergency Services to oversee multiple ED sites and lead clinical and operational excellence.

The role reports to the COO, supervising ~150 FTEs across a Level II Trauma Center with a high-volume ED network. This full-time, on-site position includes a comprehensive benefits package and performance-based incentives.

Formación

• 3+ years of recent Acute Care ED Director or Manager experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
• Proven ability to implement evidence-based practice and drive strategic outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Drive evidence-based practices that improve patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Standardize clinical operations and reduce variation across multiple ED sites.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and legal standards.
• Oversee patient throughput initiatives, capacity planning, and discharge optimization.
• Lead initiatives to deliver an exceptional patient experience across all ED sites.
• Develop data-driven strategies to elevate patient satisfaction and service excellence.
• Collaborate with patient experience leaders to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
• Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and teamwork.
• Mentor and develop emerging nurse leaders and clinical staff.
• Partner with executive leadership and physician teams to expand emergency services.
• Identify new service line opportunities and innovative care delivery models.
• Monitor trends in healthcare, technology, and legislation to maintain competitive positioning.
• Participate in annual budgeting and manage labor efficiency, cost control.
