Job summary
Earth Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Managing Director, Emergency Response to lead complex nationwide operations across the United States. This senior leadership role combines emergency response expertise, environmental remediation, regulatory knowledge, and client management.
The Managing Director will guide multidisciplinary teams and contractors, drive strategic growth of the emergency response and remediation practice, and ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence in all
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with USCG Area Committees and EPA Regional Response Teams (RRTs).
- Type II Incident Commander or higher certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex environmental emergency response and remediation projects from initial response through cleanup and closure.
- Provide technical and operational leadership during oil spills and chemical incidents.
- Operate within NIMS/ICS and Unified Command structures.
- Coordinate with federal and state regulatory agencies.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules.
