Job summary

Piedmont Macon Medical is seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee multiple departments under the Vice President of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer. The role includes administrative and operational oversight, cost and finance management, and a focus on quality of care and patient satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3 years in progressive management, GA RN licensure, and preferably a BSN or higher.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in GA.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; Master's preferred.
• 7 years of nursing experience, including 3 years of progressive management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and operational responsibilities for assigned departments.
• Manage costs, finance, HR, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes.
• Promote patient and staff satisfaction and participate in Shared Governance Model.
