The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles seeks an Operations Executive Director, Early Education to oversee preschool and early childhood education programs across multiple sites, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, coordinate across education, health, nutrition, and family services, and drive program quality in alignment with Head Start and LACOE requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Seven years of diversified program and policy support experience.
• Three years of management and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start or similar federally/state-m mandated programs.
• Experience with budgets, staffing, compliance monitoring, reporting, and coordination of multidisciplinary program services.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and oversee preschool and early childhood education programs across assigned locations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain program policies, procedures, and administrative systems.
• Monitor budgets and resources to support responsible fiscal management.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, funding requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with education, family services, health, nutrition, and other program teams to ensure coordinated services.
