Primrose Schools in Frisco is seeking an Executive Director to lead a thriving early childhood program. You will build a strong team, shape school culture, grow enrollment, and ensure an outstanding experience for children and families.

The role requires managing licensing compliance, staffing, budgeting, and collaborating with Curriculum and Admissions teams to meet school goals. You will mentor teachers and uphold Primrose Balanced Learning® standards in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in early childhood education settings.
• Directing a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Understanding Texas childcare licensing requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle parent concerns and difficult conversations.
• Knowledge of enrollment, retention, staffing and school operations.
• Ownership mindset and follow-through on commitments.
• Professionalism, integrity, consistency and positive leadership.
• Enjoy coaching others and developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members.
• Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees.
• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses.
• Partner with Curriculum and Admissions teams to achieve school goals.
• Maintain high standards for classroom quality and implementation of Primrose Balanced Learning®.
• Build relationships within the local community.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable.
• Identify challenges early and develop solutions.
