Job summary

YMCA of Superior California seeks an Executive Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Sacramento Central and Capital YMCAs, guiding member experience, program quality, and financial performance.

You will supervise branch leaders, partner with the Senior Leadership Team, and drive growth, engagement, and community impact across downtown and midtown Sacramento while upholding the YMCA values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience in senior management roles such as General Manager or Executive Director.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams across locations and drive performance.
• Strong customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Completion of YMCA leadership training and certifications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Sacramento Central YMCA and Capital YMCA.
• Oversee operations, membership growth, and program quality.
• Develop branch strategic plans aligned with YMCA mission.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations and community leaders.
• Supervise branch managers and lead staff development.
