Job summary

Capital YMCA seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Capital YMCA branch under the Executive Director of Downtown YMCA. You will supervise customer service, Kid's Club, sport courts, and health & wellness equipment, coordinate pool schedules with Aquatics, and ensure consistency with YMCA standards to deliver excellent member service and responsible resource use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role (customer service, operations, or recreational facility management).
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement and uphold organizational standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of branch operations.
• Supervise and develop the customer service team and Kids Club staff.
• Coordinate lifeguard and pool scheduling with the Pool Manager.
• Oversee sport courts and health & wellness equipment maintenance.
• Support branch hiring, onboarding, and training in line with YMCA standards.
