Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of Digital Product for Medical Cost Initiatives. Remote in the U.S., reports to CHIO.

Lead technology strategy for medical cost portfolios, coordinating product managers, Epic analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to optimize patient outcomes and lower costs. The role requires deep knowledge of value-based care, Epic as core platform, and experience scaling clinical technology across care models.

Qualifications

• Executive-level collaboration with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Experience translating clinical vision into scalable technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to define end-to-end care models across transitions and patient segmentation.
• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams to deliver clinical technology pathways that reduce costs and improve outcomes.
• Oversee Epic/technology architectures and ensure real-time insights for clinicians.
• Maintain accountability for end-to-end technology lifecycle from discovery to deployment and outcomes.
