Qualifications

Experience: 10-15+ years in healthcare ops, clinical tech product mgmt, and Epic implementation.
Track record: Partnering with primary care networks or value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.

Responsibilities

Strategic partnership with CVS HCD leadership to define care models and technology outcomes.
Lead cross‑functional teams to design end‑to‑end clinical technology pathways that reduce costs.
Transform ideas into Epic/tech architectures and actionable product specs.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes.
