Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee clinical direction and administration of all dialysis programs, including renal clinic, inpatient and outpatient sites, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.

Lead with strong clinical and regulatory oversight, partner with Medical Directors, and drive growth, efficiency, and patient-centered care across the system. Relocation assistance is provided for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for this leadership role.
• Current RN license in Texas is required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification (or Instructor) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to meet financial goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums.
