Job summary

University Health in San Antonio seeks an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the clinical direction of all dialysis programs, including renal clinics, inpatient and outpatient hemodialysis, home dialysis, and jail dialysis. Lead with regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

You will supervise clinical and support staff, manage budgets, develop policies, and collaborate with Medical Directors to grow and optimize dialysis operations across the system with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• Current RN license in Texas
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment
• Manage operational and capital budgets to meet organizational goals
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums
