University Health invites a visionary Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead our dialysis programs across multiple sites in San Antonio. The role reports to Medical Directors and shapes the clinical direction, quality of care, and operational excellence of renal services with a focus on growth and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a nursing degree with Texas RN licensure, 3+ years in dialysis leadership, and strong leadership and communication skills, including bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership experience across multiple dialysis operations preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee clinical services across dialysis sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to meet organizational goals and optimize resource use.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Act as liaison with community and professional groups to promote dialysis services.
