Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to guide the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within the health system, including renal clinic, inpatient dialysis, outpatient hemodialysis clinics, home dialysis, and jail dialysis services.

You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan, organize, and lead growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership experience in multi-system dialysis operations preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to meet organizational goals and optimize resources.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Represent University Health's dialysis services in professional and public forums and engage with the community.
