Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead the clinical and administrative direction of all dialysis operations across the health system. You will guide growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with Medical Directors to optimize patient care.

The role requires a Texas RN license, a strong leadership background in dialysis services, and the ability to oversee multiple sites including inpatient, outpatient, home dialysis, and jail dialysis programs.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required.
• Minimum 3 years as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership in multi-system dialysis operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational budgets and capital planning to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Represent dialysis services in community and professional forums as a liaison for University Health.
