Texas Oncology is seeking an Executive Director of Diagnostic Imaging to lead imaging strategy and operations across Texas. This senior leader will partner with executive teams to shape growth, access, quality, and patient experience while aligning with LTIP incentives.

Qualifications

• Transformational healthcare leader with imaging expertise.
• Strong business acumen and leadership of large, dispersed imaging operations.
• Comfortable collaborating with boards, senior leadership, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Directs development and implementation of short- and long-range plans and budgets.
• Ensures policies and procedures are established, executed, and updated.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and reporting; informs Policy Board and leadership.
• Oversees performance evaluations, merit increases, promotions, and discipline.
• Analyzes progress and communicates organization performance and opportunities.
• Leads business development and market expansion initiatives in imaging.
• Maintains relationships with physician leadership and practice executives.
