Qualifications

• Clinical imaging expertise, including Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, and Medical Imaging skills.
• Background in Medicine with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary oncology teams.
• Experience in Research, clinical trials, or evidence-based practice to support innovation in imaging and radiation oncology.
• Proven leadership in healthcare operations, including staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, safety, and compliance standards related to imaging and radiation services.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MD, DO, PhD, or master’s in healthcare administration or related field) and applicable licensure or certification as required.
• Prior experience in oncology or radiation oncology management is highly beneficial.

The Executive Director – Imaging and Radiation is a full-time, on-site role based in Palmview South, TX. This role oversees all imaging and radiation oncology operations, including nuclear medicine, radiology, and medical imaging services, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-centered care. The Executive Director leads clinical and administrative teams, sets performance and quality standards, and ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing departmental budgets, optimizing workflows, coordinating with physicians and other clinical leaders, and supporting the integration of imaging and radiation services within the broader oncology care model. The role also involves driving continuous improvement, evaluating new technologies and treatment approaches, and contributing to research and quality initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
