• Lead the NC DIU OnRamp Hub with strategic direction and execution.
• Engage with defense, industry, academia, and government partners.
• Ensure compliance with DoW/DIU requirements and reporting.
• Oversee budget, personnel, facilities, and partnerships.
• Represent RTI OnRamp Hub at external engagements.
