RTI International seeks a Managing Director for the North Carolina DIU OnRamp Hub. You will lead strategic direction, partnerships, and daily operations to advance defense innovation priorities across NC and the southeastern United States.

You will engage with government, industry, academia, investors, and national labs, ensuring program deliverables, risk management, and effective communications with DoW stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, technology commercialization, business, public policy, national security, or related field.
• Significant experience leading complex programs and partnerships in defense, national security, or dual-use ecosystems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the DIU OnRamp Hub operations, partnerships, programs, and personnel.
• Engage with DIU leadership and stakeholders to advance mission and priorities.
• Oversee compliance with cooperative agreements, reports, and performance measures.
