Summary
The ideal location for this role is East Hanover, NJ, but remote work may be considered in certain states. Remote employees are responsible for home office expenses and periodic travel/lodging to East Hanover, NJ, as required by the hiring manager.

The Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team leverages data and analytics to generate insights that support business growth. Reporting to the VP, Decision Science TA and Launch, this role enables insight-driven decision-making for the brand, addressing business challenges, shaping strategy, and implementing decision science through IDS capabilities.
The Decision Science, Product Lead is a strategic role responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive brand success. This includes synthesizing information from diverse sources, supporting insights throughout the product lifecycle, and leading a high-performing IDS team at the product level. The role is key in shaping strategic direction and ensuring insights are effectively used to meet business goals.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in pharma or healthcare, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle, market dynamics, and regulatory environments. Proven leadership in brand performance management, strategic planning, or related fields is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop strategic insights, manage high-performing teams, and foster collaboration.
The salary range is approximately $214,900 - $399,100 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include health, retirement, and paid time off.
