The Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team at Novartis aims to enhance decision-making through data and analytics, collaborating closely with the US business to generate actionable insights that support business growth. This role reports to the VP, Decision Science TA and Launch, and is key in enabling insight-driven decision-making for the brand, addressing business challenges, shaping strategy, and implementing decision science through IDS capabilities.
The Decision Science, Product Lead, is a strategic role responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive brand success. This individual will synthesize information from various sources to provide comprehensive recommendations aligned with brand strategies. They will support insight generation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous strategic alignment and fostering innovation. Leading a high-performing IDS POD at the product level, this role influences the brand's strategic direction and ensures insights are leveraged to meet business objectives.
We seek candidates with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, understanding product lifecycle management, market dynamics, and regulatory environments. Proven success in brand performance management and strategic planning is essential. The candidate should demonstrate leadership in managing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration.
The salary range at start is expected to be $214,900 - $399,100 annually, with potential adjustments based on market conditions and individual factors. The total package may include bonuses, stock units, benefits, and other perks. Final compensation will depend on experience, location, and performance.
