Job summary

Empire Beauty School is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership across all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative functions. You will work closely with students and staff to ensure an exceptional educational experience and will oversee admissions, enrollment, and day-to-day school operations.

The role requires flexibility, including two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month, with an annual salary of $75,000–$95,000.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of combined work experience and education preferred.
• Management and operational leadership experience required.
• Experience leading a team and managing budgets to meet goals.
• Experience with accreditation/compliance is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all school operations and educational programs.
• Lead student admissions and enrollment processes.
• Directly manage students, staff, salon clients, and community partnerships.
• Conduct orientations, advise students, and perform classroom observations.
• Maintain student and staff records and address operational issues.
