Job summary

Empire Beauty School in Glen Burnie, MD is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership across operational, educational, compliance, and administrative functions. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of combined work experience and education as outlined in the posting.
• Experience leading teams and managing budgets is required or preferred.
• Experience with accreditation/compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all school operations including educational, compliance and administrative functions.
• Lead student admissions and enrollment processes and engage with staff and students.
• Directly manage students, staff, salon clients and community partnerships.
• Conduct orientations, advise students, perform classroom observations and maintain records.
• Address issues related to school operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
