Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a senior Business Lead to oversee a large-scale AI-enabled Content Supply Chain transformation program for Ford. This role will be the accountable business leader for the workstream, aligning with Ford’s marketing, personalization, production, data, and governance priorities.

The ideal candidate translates enterprise ambition into clear priorities, connects workstreams, and ensures the program delivers measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across complex marketing, digital, technology, production, or enterprise consulting environments.
• Experience managing large, matrixed client relationships with multiple stakeholders, agencies, partners, platforms, and business units.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing operations, content supply chains, personalization, customer experience, data, and measurement.
• Business-level fluency in major enterprise marketing technology and content platforms (including Adobe, Salesforce, DAM, workflow tools, analytics, AI-enabled production tools, decisioning).
• Ability to understand technical and operational topics and guide business decisions, frame tradeoffs, and lead executive conversations.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience shaping scopes of work, identifying growth opportunities, developing business cases, and supporting revenue expansion.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including simplifying complex ecosystems into clear narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, establish structure, and create momentum in complex transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic narrative of the Content Supply Chain transformation program.
• Develop executive-ready materials explaining the business problem, opportunity, and roadmap.
• Prepare senior stakeholders for key decision moments with options, tradeoffs, risks, and actions.
• Ensure alignment of workstreams and executive communications across Ford and WPP leadership.
• Lead client-facing conversations with confidence, shaping priorities and value delivery.
• Coordinate with delivery, strategy, technology, and capability leads to scale impact across Ford teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure the program delivers measurable business value.
