Job summary

VML, embedded within the WPP Ford team, seeks an AI Product Strategist to bridge business needs and the central AI program. You will translate requirements from Shopper, Media, Production, and Creative into actionable briefs for engineers and product managers, shaping an integrated AI roadmap.

You will collaborate across SME teams, ensure architecture-aligned solution design, and drive prioritized AI initiatives while maintaining clear stakeholder communication in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in solutions consulting, technical product management, business process consulting, or delivery management.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and platforms in a marketing, content, or commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust with both SME teams and technical product owners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving program with incomplete information and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic interface between WPP | Ford business and capability owners and the central AI team.
• Conduct structured discovery and requirements-gathering across SME teams (Shopper, Media, Production, Creative).
• Map current-state workflows before recommending AI-enabled solutions.
• Re-engineer and document business processes to be aligned with AI builds and real workflows.
• Translate business needs into technically actionable briefs for the AI Architect and Applied AI Product Manager.
• Partner with the AI Architect and Development on feasibility assessments and prioritization into the roadmap.
• Ensure workstreams build toward a shared AI architecture with minimal silos.
• Track execution and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Flag blockers and architectural gaps to leadership and maintain program visibility.
