Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience.
• Proven fundraising, grant seeking, and donor stewardship success.
• Solid governance experience and board collaboration.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational development skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic plan with the Board of Directors.
• Oversee operations, programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead fundraising efforts and cultivate key donors and partners.
• Represent the organization at events, forums, and with government bodies.
• Ensure robust financial oversight, budgeting, audits, and compliance.
• Drive program impact and measure social outcomes across initiatives.
