Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversee daily operations, programs, and staff to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Partner closely with the Board of Directors to establish priorities, implement initiatives, and achieve long-term goals.
• Manage organizational budgets, financial planning, resource allocation, and overall fiscal responsibility.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff while promoting accountability, collaboration, and a mission-focused culture.
• Serve as a visible representative of the organization, building meaningful relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
• Support fundraising initiatives, donor relationships, grant opportunities, and efforts to strengthen financial sustainability.
• Evaluate and enhance organizational policies, procedures, and programs to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure the organization remains focused on delivering high-quality services and making a measurable difference in the community.
