Omari Commercial is seeking a Director of Commercial Operations to lead all aspects of active tenant fit-out and interior construction projects in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area. This role demands immediate impact, with day-one leadership of PM and field teams and accountability for project performance.

Ideal candidate has a strong track record in commercial interiors, aggressive schedules, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years commercial construction experience.
• Previous senior leadership roles in operations (Director/VP level).
• Proven ability to manage multiple PMs and field teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead all commercial construction operations and manage PMs, coordinators, and field leaders.
• Establish accountability, reporting structures, and weekly operations reviews.
• Develop scalable operational procedures and standards for growth.
• Ensure on-time delivery of fast-track tenant fit-out projects and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive reporting and strategic planning support.
