The Executive Director - Cloud and Infrastructure Solution Area Lead (C&I SAL) will lead the strategy, development, and advancement of our cloud and infrastructure capabilities across the federal market. This is a company-level leadership role for someone who understands the federal technology landscape, sees where cloud and infrastructure modernization are going, and knows how to translate technical expertise into differentiated offerings, stronger customer relationships, smarter investments, and measurable business growth.

This is not a traditional P&L, sales-quota, or program-delivery role. It is a high-impact horizontal leadership position for someone who can mobilize expertise across the company and make the whole greater than the sum of its parts.
We are looking for a senior Cloud and Infrastructure capability leader who combines technical credibility with proven business acumen. You do not need to be the deepest hands-on engineer in the company. You do need to understand cloud and infrastructure deeply enough to engage credibly with senior customers, engineers, program leaders, Growth teams, technology partners, and executives - and to know the difference between an interesting idea and a capability that can create real customer and business value.

If you are the kind of leader who can see patterns others miss, connect people and capabilities across organizational boundaries, turn expertise into market advantage, and build something that scales well beyond yourself, we want to talk to you.
$200,000 - 300,000

Demonstrated experience supporting business development, capture, solutioning, strategic pursuits, or customer-shaping activities. Experience developing or influencing technology strategies, capability roadmaps, solution portfolios, or investment priorities. Strong understanding of how cloud and infrastructure capabilities are architected, engineered, secured, accredited, migrated, operated, optimized, and sustained within federal environments. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and matrixed teams without direct organizational authority. Ability to communicate complex cloud and infrastructure concepts in terms of mission outcomes, customer value, competitive differentiation, operational performance, and business impact.
