The role coordinates with Global Clinical Development and Clinical Sub Teams to ensure staffing and support match development priorities.

The candidate will guide staff through vision, direction, training, and sponsorship, embedding high standards of quality and compliance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for operational planning, execution, and delivery of the clinical program portfolio on time and within budget.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to develop trial delivery strategies; assess and mitigate delivery risks monthly.
• Provide oversight for all phases of clinical trial management with KPI and KQI tracking.
