Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a senior leader to spearhead Program and Study Management within Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO).

You will translate TA objectives into executable operational strategies, align across Clinical Development, Global Clinical Supplies, and other functions, and ensure staffing and sponsorship of key initiatives. You will drive end-to-end trial delivery, manage resources and budgets, champion AI-enabled risk analytics, and mentor a global team to achieve on-time, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is required.
• Advanced scientific degree preferred; pharma/biotech exposure valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate TA objectives into robust operational strategies for all clinical programs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the clinical program portfolio on time and within budget.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to address trial delivery risks and ensure GCP/ICH compliance.
• Drive KPI/KQI performance and mentor a global program and study management team.
