Job summary

Fair Oaks Recovery Center in Sacramento, CA seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead day-to-day clinical operations, supervise staff, and drive program development to improve client health outcomes. You will oversee psychosocial assessments, groups, family therapies, and treatment planning while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s in clinical, psychology or social work and licensure eligibility with several years in addiction treatment and 24/7 settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical, psychology or social service field.
• Five+ years in addiction treatment (inpatient or outpatient).
• Two+ years in 24/7 inpatient/residential settings preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and treatment practices.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops and implements evidence-based clinical programming and schedules.
• Supervises clinicians and coordinates care planning and case coordination.
• Ensures documentation and programming meet regulatory standards.
• Leads discharge planning, family and collateral involvement as needed.
• Oversees QA, performance improvement, and health disparities initiatives.
• Supports community relations and referral development for the facility.
