Texas Oncology is seeking an Executive Director to join the CBO San Antonio, TX team. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and oversight of broad administrative activities to drive profitability and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring seven+ years in healthcare management, strong budgeting, and excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A strategic leader who can navigate regulatory requirements and expand service areas is essential.

Responsibilities

• Advises leadership and governs broad administrative activities to meet organizational objectives.
• Directs short- and long-range plans, budgets, and financial profitability initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with legal and government reporting requirements.
• Oversees employee evaluation, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Manages business development, market expansion, and contract management.
