SUMMARY
The Executive Director, Regional Operations serves as the operational leader and strategic partner to the Regional Vice President, driving performance improvement, operational excellence, and growth across a portfolio of ophthalmology practices. This executive-level role provides hands-on leadership to markets requiring operational stabilization, leadership support, performance acceleration, or strategic transformation.
The ideal candidate is a highly accomplished healthcare operations executive with extensive multi-site practice management experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead through influence, ambiguity, and change while delivering measurable business results.
