Qualifications

• Doctoral degree or equivalent required with demonstrated leadership in clinical analytics or outcomes research.
• Experience building and leading clinical research teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for outcomes and research program including data infrastructure.
• Recruit and mentor research colleagues and build a high-performing team.
• Oversee design and conduct of clinical research studies and registries.
• Lead data collection, management, and analytics across data sources.
• Partner with quality and clinical operations to implement improvement initiatives.
• Disseminate findings through reports, dashboards, and publications.
• Train faculty and trainees in research methods and data interpretation.
• Foster collaborations across UT Austin and Ascension Texas hospitals.
• Oversee high-impact publications and extramural funding.
• Ensure compliance with human subjects protections and data governance.
