Job summary

Dentsu Creative, a global network, seeks an experienced Account Leader for temporary engagement in New York. You will drive omnichannel campaigns, partner with cross-functional teams, and act as trusted advisor to clients, delivering integrated programs and experiential marketing. Role supports brand experiences for consumer brands in a fast-growing environment.

Hybrid/remote options apply with EST flexibility. Prior ad agency experience and knowledge of CPG/beverage brands are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of account management experience within an advertising, integrated marketing, or brand experience agency environment.
• Proven experience leading omnichannel marketing programs across digital, social, experiential, shopper and traditional channels.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering integrated marketing solutions from strategy through execution.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, media, production and experiential disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels for seamless omnichannel campaigns.
• Partner with creative, production, strategy and experiential teams for large-scale consumer experiences and events.
• Advise clients on campaign development, experiential programs, shopper marketing, and consumer engagement opportunities.
• Manage multiple workstreams with deadlines, budgets and client expectations.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Support planning and execution of event activations, sponsorships, sampling initiatives and consumer programs.
