Qualifications

• At least 2 years working in a licensed childcare center, with 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Must pass a background check per Texas DFPS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and facilities.
• Guide new families through the enrollment process.
• Propose an annual budget and manage spending responsibly.

Skills

Strong people skills

Knowledge of Texas DFPS Minimum Standards

Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification

Ability to grow enrollment

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Associate's degree with strong experience
