Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Seven to ten years of nonprofit administration experience.
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills with fundraising proven success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Wayne Theatre Alliance (WTA) and Wayne Theatre Alliance Foundation (WTAF).
• Lead fundraising, donor relations, and capital campaign efforts.
• Direct staff and volunteers; steward governance, strategy, and external relations.
• Manage endowment, facilities, and relationships with investment partners and committees.
• Represent the theatre as primary spokesperson and advocate within the community.
