Job description

Caldera is seeking a new Executive Director to lead the organization into its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Directors and supervising staff, the new Executive Director will join Caldera as it transitions, over the next five years, from founder-led and funded to a sustainable, community supported organization. The position is based in Portland, Oregon.
