Job summary

JPMorganChase in Risk Management and Compliance seeks an Executive Director to lead the Loan Loss Forecasting team in Plano, shaping wholesale credit loss estimates for CECL and CCAR processes. You will provide portfolio-level analytics and guidance across risk, finance, and quantitative research.

You will oversee modeling parameter development, stress testing, and scenario analysis, partnering with senior leaders to inform risk strategy and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related quantitative field.
• 8+ years in financial services or banking.
• Strong familiarity with credit products.
• Knowledge of CECL and CCAR.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office apps.
• Experience with data analysis using Tableau, Python, or Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Oversee C&I exposure at a portfolio level and monitor trends.
• Review loan-level and top-level allowance and stress testing results.
• Assess risks and support qualitative loss reserves estimation.
• Calculate and translate modeling parameters into loss estimates.
• Develop expertise in allowance and stress testing processes.
