Portal Innovations LLC seeks an Executive Director to lead the New Jersey Innovation Hub (NJIH), Powered by Portal, in New Brunswick, NJ. The role oversees site operations, member experience, programming, ecosystem engagement, and business growth for a life sciences and deep tech incubator.

This full-time role requires collaboration with DEVCO, Rutgers, Princeton, NJEDA, BioNJ, and other partners to accelerate member success and Portal's mission in New Jersey.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within incubator/accelerator or startup environments.
• Experience with business development and/or sales.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the incubator's vision and goals.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring needs of member companies are met.
• Drive member experience from onboarding through programming and feedback.
• Oversee onsite team for lab operations, growth, programming, and partnerships.
• Plan and execute high-quality programming, workshops, and events.
• Manage the incubator budget and vendor/contractor relationships.
• Engage universities, industry partners, and ecosystem players to form partnerships.
