Job description

We are seeking an Executive Director of Biostatistics to lead a team of 4-5 statisticians for a global biopharmaceutical organization as a Therapeutic Area Head.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Applied Statistics, or Biostatistics with at least 12-14 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development
• Demonstrated statistical strategy leadership and success across multiple therapeutic areas preferred
• Expertise in clinical trial design as well as statistical methodologies with both Bayesian and Frequentist approaches
• Prior people management experience highly sought after, with special consideration given to those who have built new teams or expanded existing ones through their own recruitment efforts

Salary Band: $305,000-335,000

Suitable applicants will be expected to be on-site in Massachusetts 3 days per week on a hybrid basis.
