• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in middle to senior management within Biomedical Engineering or Clinical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to prepare reports and analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize Biomedical Engineering programs across USC campuses.
• Manage budget, labor, and materials; monitor cost variances and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHPD, and OSHA standards.
• Oversee CMMS system data accuracy and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with departments and inspectors; prepare regulatory reports and audits.
