Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks an Executive Director for the Portland and Salem branches to lead and shape the strategic direction of the facility's programs. You will oversee administrative systems, promote a therapeutic environment, and drive the development and implementation of treatment programs.

The role focuses on aligning community needs with performance goals and ensuring high-quality behavioral health services across branches.

Qualifications

• Education: Masters Degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of expereince in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and strategic planning for services at the facility.
• Oversees overall administrative processes and management systems for all services.
• Promotes and maintains a therapeutic environment at the facility.
• Develops and implements treatment programs.

Education
