The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of nonprofit leadership, proven fundraising success, and strong relationships with boards, funders and schools.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of nonprofit leadership experience.
• Demonstrated fundraising success and donor cultivation.
• Strong ability to engage boards, funders, schools and partners.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and oversee programs and operations.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and financial management with the board.
• Drive revenue through grants, gifts, and earned income.
• Manage staff and supervise leadership roles within AFLCT.
• Represent AFLCT publicly and cultivate partnerships statewide.
