Job summary

CraftNOW Philadelphia is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization’s mission, sustain its programmatic vision, and guide long-term growth through strategic planning, fundraising, and operations.

As the chief executive, you will work with the Board, oversee staff and consultants, manage finances, and cultivate partnerships with arts organizations across the Greater Philadelphia area. The role is hybrid with a Center City office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Experience with Arts and Crafts community in Philadelphia area.
• Proven fund-raising and donor cultivation success.
• Experience managing a six-figure budget and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising and development oversight including major donors, grants, sponsorships, and events.
• Oversee daily operations and administrative systems, including HR and budgeting.
• Lead strategic planning and work with the Board to advance organizational goals.
• Manage programming, community engagement, partnerships, marketing, and audience development.
