Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Analytics Solutions Manager to support the monthly profitability close by designing and maintaining data pipelines, automating workflows, and applying analytics and ML to strengthen quality control, anomaly detection, and reconciliations.

The role collaborates with Finance, Technology, and P&A to identify value-add initiatives and will contribute to implementing agentic and LLM-enabled capabilities to improve the close process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering and/or data science, ideally in financial services.
• Advanced SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines on Databricks or a similar cloud platform.
• Experience applying machine learning to real business problems.
• Demonstrated track record of automating manual processes and designing simple, maintainable analytics workflows
• Familiarity with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
• Ability to explain technical work to finance and business partners.

• Communicate results, methodology, and key considerations clearly to senior stakeholders.
