Qualifications

  • Six years of full-time or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least two years in supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Substitutions: a certificate in a relevant or related field may substitute for one year of required experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree may substitute for two years of required experience.
  • A Graduate degree or higher may substitute for three years of required experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of day-to-day operations of the ACCU for 30 youth ages 13-18.
  • Ensure youth-centered, trauma informed and recovery-oriented care with evidence-based programming.
  • Coordinate with key committees and medical management structures.
  • Participate in budget development and cost center monitoring.
  • Ensure policies meet CYF values and Joint Commission/CMS standards.
