Responsibilities

• Oversight of ED and related departments 24/7 delivering effective patient care.
• Lead staff development, coaching, and performance management.
• Participate in budgeting, fiscal planning and resource stewardship.
• Ensure EMTALA readiness and regulatory compliance; maintain facilities and equipment.
