Job summary

Orcas Senior Center seeks a collaborative, community-minded Executive Director to guide the organization’s next chapter. Working with the Board of Directors and a small, dedicated staff, the ED will provide strategic and operational leadership, strengthen financial sustainability, support programs and volunteers, and build strong community partnerships.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines sound organizational judgment with a genuine interest in people and community life on Orcas Island

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership with the Board of Directors and small staff.
• Strengthen financial sustainability and oversee fiscal management.
• Support programs and volunteers to deliver community services.
• Build strong partnerships within the Orcas Island community.
