Sagora Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead Elison Assisted Living of Bella Vita in Venice, FL. Oversee operations, resident care, and finances to ensure a warm, secure, and profitable community.

You will recruit and develop staff, report to the Regional Director, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to achieve full occupancy while managing budgets and emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of management experience in the senior housing industry (AL/MC/LTC).
• High School diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience overseeing the financial success of multiple departments.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive on company time.
• State administrator's certification within ninety days if management of an assisted living building is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community.
• Manage resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Lead recruitment, training, discipline, and coaching of team members.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Report to the Regional Director/VP with assigned metrics.
• Partner with the Sales and Marketing Director to achieve 100% occupancy.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents, and families.
• On-call 24 hours a day for emergencies; may require after-hours, weekends and holidays.
